Word of the Day: One of the fun things about meeting with students everywhere we go is that we can "plug in" to the youth lingo and get the best (but cleanest) slang there is to be found. In Genova, some of the young men click to view a photograph with whom we spent the morning with taught us this click to hear an audio clip, which we think basically means "What's up?", and the word "mugugno" click to hear an audio clip which, when used in a longer sentence full of complaints (like this click to hear an audio clip) is kind of like a "woe is me" word that doesn't have a direct translation in English.
Tech Fact of the Day: telecommunications monopoly in Italy
